- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of any express or implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited, at our option, to the replacement of the goods, the repair of the goods, or the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods.

USE OF INFORMATION

ORDERS
- Orders are dispatched subject to stock availability and processing times. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and carrier service selected. Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier. Slick Dancewear will not accept orders via phone or email.

RECEIPT OF GOODS
- The customer is responsible for inspecting items for faults or damage and must notify Slick Dancewear immediately.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- Slick Dancewear takes reasonable care in packaging goods for delivery. If goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as practicable with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with the ACL (which may include repair, replacement, refund, and/or reimbursement of reasonable return costs, depending on the circumstances)

CANCELLING AN ORDER
- Orders may be cancelled only where the order has yet to be shipped.
PRICING
- Slick Dancewear reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and include Australian Government GST.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
- If an item is listed with an incorrect price or information Slick Dancewear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order and make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using any details provided. All payment/s received will be refunded using the method received.
PRODUCTS
- Colours shown are a representation only. All colours are reproduced as accurately as possible however the true colour may vary slightly due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
Performance Footwear / Wear and Tear
- Our footwear is specialist dance footwear designed for studio and performance use. Due to the nature of dance activity (including impact, floor friction, surfaces, perspiration, and frequency of use), normal wear and tear is expected.
- Normal wear and tear (including gradual sole wear, scuffing, stretching, and surface abrasion), damage caused by misuse, accident, improper care or cleaning, use on unsuitable surfaces, incorrect sizing, or unauthorised modification/repair is not considered a fault.
- Fault claims are assessed in accordance with the ACL and with regard to the nature of the product, how it has been used, and how long similar products would reasonably be expected to last.
ACCOUNT
- It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password as well as restricting access to your computer. Upon joining you also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your customer account.
