Delivery and Shipping

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions and delivery location.

Shipping carriers

Available carrier options are displayed at checkout based on your order. We currently use Australia Post standard and express, Couriers Please and Border Freight Express.

Dispatch

Orders are fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday during standard business hours. During peak periods, including promotional events, dispatch timeframes may be extended by up to 2 additional business days. Pickup is not available.

Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days after dispatch for Australian orders, depending on location and the selected shipping service. These timeframes are estimates only and are subject to carrier performance.

Order information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including a valid address and contact number. Slick Dancewear is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Authority to leave (ATL)

Unless otherwise requested, orders may be delivered with Authority to Leave. By selecting ATL, you accept that the parcel may be left unattended at the delivery address. Slick Dancewear is not liable for loss or theft after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Stock availability

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or issue a refund.

Payment verification

Orders will be dispatched only after full payment has been received and cleared. Some payment methods may result in processing delays.

Damaged or missed items

We take reasonable care in packaging all orders. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us as soon as practicable so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Transit responsibility

We will assist with carrier enquiries where parcels are delayed or missing. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, or when confirmed as delivered by the carrier where ATL applies.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

International Deliveries

We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Available carrier options and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order.

Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only and are subject to carrier networks, customs processing and local delivery conditions. Delays outside our control may occur once the parcel has left Australia.

Slick Dancewear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions or local delivery services in the destination country. We will assist with tracking enquiries where required.

Duties, taxes and international charges

Orders shipped outside Australia are supplied without Australian GST.

As an Australian business, Slick Dancewear is not registered for VAT, GST or other consumption taxes outside Australia. This means:

·        Your order is exported from Australia without foreign taxes applied at checkout

·        Import duties, VAT, GST or other local taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival

·        Carriers may also apply handling or clearance fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchase to understand any applicable charges.

If duties, taxes or associated charges are refused and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs and any carrier fees from your refund.
