In most instances we use Australia Post postal services for our deliveries.
Both standard post and express post options are available at the following rates:

On occasion, and for larger parcels, we may choose to use a courier service of our choice.
Please make sure that you provide your correct and complete address and at least one contact telephone number to avoid any difficulties with delivery.
We aim to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. Orders received with full payment before 2.00pm on any business day will be dispatched the same day (providing stock is available at our warehouse). Orders placed after 2.00pm will be dispatched the next business day. During our busy sales periods please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed.
You should receive your order in approximately 1-5 business days from dispatch, depending upon your location and current circumstances within the Australia Post network.
We will not dispatch any order paid for via bank deposit until funds have been cleared by the relevant institution.
In the unlikely case that an item you have purchased is sold out we will contact you so you can choose an alternative item or request a refund.
Please note that payment must be received in full prior to us dispatching your order. Depending on your payment method there may be a small delay to your dispatch time.
Once a parcel is shipped we are no longer in control of its delivery and take no further responsibility for its whereabouts. If you find a parcel hasn’t arrived when it should first try to track it with your tracking number at the Australia Post or courier of choice website. If you don’t receive it within a reasonable time please contact us and we will then begin the process of trying to locate the parcel.
We do not deliver to Click and Collect locations.
